Q: Where does Decker Dispose All & Recycling offer contracted residential trash collection? 

Currently, we provide residential trash collection to the City of Shoreacres and the community of Bacliff, along with the unincorporated areas around Dickinson, TX; however, we are eager to provide quotations to communities and HOAs throughout  Brazoria, Chambers, Galveston, and Southeast Harris counties.

Q: How much does residential service cost?

Our subscription service price for individual residences is $100.00 per quarter for once-per-week service and $135.00 per quarter for twice-per-week service.  Whole community pricing is individually priced based on multiple factors that include variables such as the size of the community and the service requirements requested.

Q: Can I put yard debris out with my trash?

Yes, yard debris will be collected with regular household trash as long as it is contained and limbs are cut to 4’ lengths, bundled, and tied. Please, no loose piles.

Q: Do you offer trash cans?

Decker Dispose-All & Recycling offers a 95-gallon toter cart on wheels with a lid at the purchase price of $100.00 as a convenience to our customers.

Q: Do you pick up televisions?

No. But, Best Buy offers a recycling program for old televisions.

​

Q: What holidays are observed?

 We do not run residential routes on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th/Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Residences whose pickup day falls on a holiday will receive only one pickup for that week. Check out our home page calendar for the most current information.

 

Residential Recycling

Q: What materials do you accept for recycling?

A list of acceptable recycling materials is available on our website and in our office.

Q: Can you come to my house to pick up my recycling?

As part of our contracts with Shoreacres, we do provide curbside recycling in these communities.  For the residents in our other communities that wish to recycle their plastics, paper, aluminum, & and tin cans, we have drop-off containers located at our office @ 4907 10th St, Bacliff, TX.

Q: Will Decker Dispose-All continue to offer recycling services to residential customers?

As of right now, we will continue to offer recycling to our customers. We actively support recycling efforts and encourage you to tell your neighbors about our drop-off containers.

Q: Do you buy cans, metals, or other recycling materials?

Commercial

 

Q: Do you have locking containers?

Yes, we have locking containers available.

Q: How long are your contracts?

Our contracts are 36 months in length.

Q: Why can't I have my container wherever I want it?

Front-end trash trucks are huge and weigh between 16 and 30 tons. The area where we place the dumpster has to be easily accessible to this large vehicle. We try to balance being able to safely access the dumpster and meeting your needs as a customer.

Q: How much do your trash dumpsters cost?

Our dumpster pricing varies by size and frequency of pickup. We will be happy to work with you to find the right-sized dumpster for your needs.

Q: Are you flexible with changing container sizes and frequency for those that have peak season and off-season waste generation?

Yes, we can adjust our container sizes and frequency of service to meet your service needs.

Commercial Recycling

Q: Does Decker Dispose-All offer rebates for commercial recycling?

No, instead we adjust our pricing to reflect these costs properly.

Q: Why is there a charge for picking up recycled materials?

There are costs incurred to provide this service and currently, we are charged a tipping fee to drop the materials at the processing center in Houston. Our charges to you are based on our cost to provide this service.

Q: How do I know what material is recyclable and what is not?

We will be happy to visit your site provide a free waste audit and help you determine what is recyclable and what is not.

Q: Do you offer to recycle containers dumped on call?

No. We recommend having us do a waste audit to determine what portion of your waste is recyclable.  The audit will help us determine the type of service we can offer you.

Q: What about people who dump trash in my recycle container?

We can provide containers with a slotted lid and a locking mechanism to keep trash dumpers out.

 

Roll-Offs

Q: How much notice does Decker Dispose-All need for delivery?

For all new deliveries and dumps, we ask our customers to call one business day in advance of the service date desired.  In some cases same-day service is possible, but it helps our scheduling if we have a 24-hour notice.

Q: Does the price include unlimited swaps since I paid for a week?

Our roll-off pricing is for each haul made on the container and includes 10 days of rental. Rental is charged on containers that go over 10 days.

Q: Do you have any tonnage restrictions?

Yes, our standard-priced roll-off containers come with limits based on tonnage such as 3 tons for a 20 cu yd, 5 tons for a 30 cu yd, and 7 tons for a 40 cu yd, with overage charges when tonnage exceeds these limits. We do offer flat rate pricing for situations where the containers could become heavy.

Q: How high can we fill a roll-off container?

Level to the top of the container. Trash should not be sticking up or hanging over the sides, preventing the driver from tarping the container.

​

Q: When is payment due on the containers?

Unless credit has been established or a credit card is on file, payment is required before delivery and before each dump is made.
